At Elite Proteins, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, Elite Proteins will process a full refund, excluding original shipping charges, as shipping costs are non-refundable.

⏳ Please allow 1–2 weeks for inspection and refund processing after the returned item is received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products not in original condition or packaging

  • Products purchased through third-party sellers, distributors, or retail partners

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must:


  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

If the returned product does not meet these conditions:


  • The return may be rejected, or

  • A restocking fee may be applied

Return Shipping


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Elite Proteins will cover the return shipping cost.

📦 We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Elite Proteins is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Proof of Return

Refunds cannot be processed unless:


  • The returned product is received, OR

  • Valid proof of return delivery is provided

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival.
